1. General Policy on Returns
1.1 Due to the bespoke nature of my printing service, each item is created uniquely for the customer and cannot be restocked or resold. Therefore, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective (See Point 3).
1.2 Please take time to review all design proofs and product specifications carefully, before finalising your order. Once production begins, I cannot make changes or offer refunds based on a change of mind or customer error (e.g. incorrect sizing or misspellings approved on the proof print).
2. Exclusions: Digital and Instant Download Products
2.1 All digital download products (e.g., printable art files, templates, digital assets) are downloadable immediately upon purchase.
2.2 Because of the immediate and non-returnable nature of these files, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items (Personalised Clocks, Mugs and Prints etc.)
3.1 Returns will only be accepted for bespoke items such as personalised clocks and prints if the product itself has a manufacturing fault or is damaged upon arrival.
3.2 If you receive a faulty or damaged item, you must contact me within 7 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the fault or damage.
3.3 Upon verification of the fault, I will offer a replacement of the exact item or a full refund.
4. How to Report a Fault
4.1 To report a fault or damage, please email me with the following information:
- Your Invoice Number.
- A clear description of the fault or damage.
- Photographic evidence clearly showing the issue.
